Amazing! My experience with Fireplace & Granite Countertops was ideal from start to finish. Tracy was a pure joy to work with in designing a plan for our kitchen. She provided great ideas that were stylish and updated. She was able to take what I was visualizing and make it happen. A process I thought would be difficult was easy and enjoyable. She was involved in the whole process making sure it was meeting my expectations. Hasko was just as amazing with my countertop installation. He is very knowledgeable. I have no seams in my countertops, none! Jose created a masterpiece backsplash, stone by stone. He was detailed and careful. Plus, each team member was extremely respectful of my home and family. They were a pleasure to have around. Of course, this all is the result of a strong leader. Bob F. has successfully created an amazing team. Very impressed with the granite and cabinets installed by Fireplace and granite distributors. This was my first big remodel with my house. I thought being that we were redoing the whole kitchen, top to bottom, that there would be some hassle or issues along the way, but the kitchen was done in less than a week. From the day the kitchen was tore out to the day tile floor, cabinets and then granite was installed, time went by so quickly. There were no delays, no hassles, there was nothing but pleasant, knowledgable installers. I live in Charlotte and there are so many kitchen remodel contractors out there, but I would never go to a different place than Fireplace and granite. Everything turned out better than I had ever imagined. My kitchen is beautiful beyond belief. My next step will be to remodel my three bathrooms and I will be coming back to Firepace and Granite for more of their outstanding work.

Wow,I just had fireplace and granite distributors complete my kitchen over the weekend and I can not believe what a differance,Between the new Granite Tops and the custom tile backsplash they provided I woke up thinking I was at the wrong house.I found them quite by accident when I was looking for slabs for my remodel.I am glad that I did,by FAR the best value out there,The seam is almost invicible and the people were ALL outstanding throughout the entire process.

If you are considering remodeling your kitchen and or bath this is the company to contact ! I wasted two weeks running around trying to get quotes from other companys,most would not even come to my house.Fireplace and Granite Distributors not only came to my house they made it simple to pick out all the materials I needed for the project from ONE location,They had granite,tile,faucets, cabinits and even the plumber reconnects were handled from the one location.Turn Key results,Highend custom QUALITY instalations with English speaking installers.

Simply - THE BEST. Listen, these guys killed it. Donny sat down with us, took the ideas that we had for the counter-tops, and turned them into GOLD. We can hardly believe it's the same kitchen now. One week turn around time from initial quote to finished showroom kitchen. Less than 4 hours to install from start to finish. How can you beat that? The granite is amazing - I loved being able to go pick out my own slab at the yard. Even after the kitchen was designed and the stone cut, the installer had even more ideas on how to trick it out while he putting them in. I now officially have the coolest wet-bar in the neighborhood thanks to him! The pricing was incredible, easily less than half of what other places were charging, and the stone is just gorgeous. The installers were fast, clean, and polite. No collateral damage to my cabinets or walls, very little dust or mess at all, and they cleaned everything from top to bottom before leaving. 1000% recommended, without at a doubt. Great staff, great product, GREAT pricing!!

I LOVE my new granite countertops!! Paulette was so patient with me (I had A LOT of questions), but she took the time to go over each step in the granite process and even helped me pick out my tile backsplash design!! I am so happy with my choices. My kitchen has never looked so beautiful as it does now!! If I could rate them 10 stars, or 100 stars -- I would!!

My granite countertops look absolutely amazing. I still can't believe how affordable they were---I had other countertop quotes that were three times the price and it wasnt even real granite!! I loved the way I was able to go to their location in Concord and pick out the granite they cut my kitchen countertops from. Everyone here is very friendly and answered all my questions. I will be sending my friends their way!!

Good work We've had our counter for about 8 months; they look great! Our sink piece was cut incorrectly, and one of the two guys installing it headed back to the shop for a few hours to recut it, and still had it installed that night. It took them all day to install because of the mishap, but they got it done. A little more communication from the company (estimated time for the installers to arrive (we waited around for a while on our installation day), follow up, etc) would have been nice.

Very pleased with new granite countertops! The selection of granite at their store is amazing. You can tell the high quality in all the materials. I went to them after I saw the granite countertops installed for my friend. The before and after was truly amazing. My remodel went great as well! The install crew showed up promptly when they should have and the granite countertops took one day to install. I am very pleased with the results!
